Course Overview

The large majority of Public Sector policies do not deliver their intended outcomes. In this training workshop we analyse why this happens and develop approaches and techniques to ensure that mistakes leading to this lack of results do not get repeated at the planning stage or throughout implementation. By contrast we study those polices which were successful and how we can benefit from that analysis. Strategic planning and policy making cannot be carried out in local isolation but must be created and delivered in a world context.
