Course Overview
With the rapid rate of change, the scope of technologies that a facilities Manager is required to support is constantly evolving and growing in complexity. This course is redesigned to equip learners with advanced concepts and ideas that become the norm in modern world of work. Participants will learn tactical and strategic approaches to ensure compliance, provide opportunities for the organisation to adopt new ways of using built environments and identify other creative ways to reduce operational occupancy cost, to maintain appropriate and productive working environment standards.
