Course Overview
This training workshop leads delegates through the effective management of global multi-modal logistics. In addition to the key approaches for logistics both in-house and outsourced, the module covers the use and leverage of Incoterms to both marry with letters of credit (L/C’s) and reduce exposure and potential additional cost to the shipper and concludes with a review of the applications, opportunities and impacts of reverse logistics and backhaul strategies.
